Capabilities
We pride ourselves on being able to reverse engineer products for obsolete
parts.
- Fabricating
- We manufacture everything at Ri-Del from sheet metal boxes and cans to
heavy gauge steel cylinders. Our processes include press braking,
pinch rolling, sawing, flame cutting, roll forming, shearing, assembling and
tube fabrication. We have available sources for plating, paining and
finishing on all types of metal products.

- Stamping
- In addition to Press capacity up to 300 tons, we offer complete tool and
die capabilities. The strictest quality-contract standards are maintained in
every phase of our stamping operations.

- Production Machining
- Ri-Del provides a full range of production machining operations,
including horizontal and vertical milling, lathe work, boring, drilling and
tapping.
- Welding
- We provide a complete range of welding capabilities to meet the specific
requirements of our product and material characteristics. This
includes spot, tig, mig, heliarc, flash-butt, projection, robotic and
brazing for copper and silver.
