Fabricating     

A wide range of products are fabricated at Ri-Del.  Everything from sheet metal boxes and cans to heavy gauge steel cylinders.  Processes include Press  Braking, Pinch Rolling, Sawing, Flame cutting, Roll Forming, Shearing, Assembling, Tube fabrication and all types of plating, painting and finishing.

Stamping

Complete tool and die capabilities with press capacity up to 300 tons.  Strictest quality-contract standards are maintained in every phase of stamping operations.

Production Machining

Ri-Del provides a full range of production machining operations, including horizontal and vertical milling, lathe work boring, drilling and tapping. 

Welding

We provide a complete range of welding capabilities to meet the specific requirements of your product and material characteristics.  This includes spot, tig, mig, heliarc, flash-butt, projection, robotic, and brazing for copper and silver.
